New 2013 EcoBoost-powerd Mustang Blog 7

Shelby American is soon to reveal the new 2013 Eco-Boost Mustang in detroit. Despite the passing of Carol Shelby, The Shelby Motor Corporation is still very productive and active at making new models and designs for the 2013 year. "2013 is going to be a big year for the brand." Gary Patterson said. Patterson didn't release to much information on what else will be revealed at the Detroit Auto Show but he did restate a quote that Carol Shelby said before his death. In Shelby's words, "I think you are going to see the industry going completely to small engines with turbochargers. Thats the only way you can get the gas milage that the government is demanding." That would seem to reveal an EcoBoost  powered motor under Shelby's hood. The EcoBoost V6 powered engine could have a major performance boost. The 3.5 liter V6 EcoBoost engine used in the Ford Taurus SHO makes 365 horsepower. Thats out of a V6! It makes 420 foot pounds of torque at 12 PSI of boost.
